The Southwest Airlines drama isn't quite over.
This week, Sen. Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) announced plans to hold hearings in the wake of Southwest's massive operational and customer service failures.
“Southwest’s customers are rightfully dissatisfied and deserve better,” she said. “These consumers need refunds and reimbursements for their expenses."
