A new list reveals the most punctual airlines of 2023. But does it mean anything?

Delta Air Lines was the most "on-time" airline in the world last year.

That's according to a new report by OAG, a provider of digital flight information and analytics.

But there's a reason I put "on time" in quotes. The numbers may be meaningless.
